Citizens are encouraged to provide written or verbal comments. Each year, a Public Involvement Plan is prepared outlining the methods and procedures used to engage citizens in the transportation planning process. The Citizens Guide to Transportation Planning describes the organizational structure and programs of the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization for the Gainesville Urbanized Area.
For written comments:
1) Type or write legibly, type or print your name under your signature, include your complete address;
2) Keep a copy for your records; and

For verbal comments:
1) Have a pencil and paper ready for taking notes;
